Hello and welcome to the beautiful Cowichan Valley!

Cowichan actually means "the warm land" and this truly reflects the climate and people in this beautiful valley.

I obtained my sales licence in 1984 and upgraded to a 9.15. agent licence in 1986. I have won many sales awards over the last twenty years, however, nothing can compete with the wonderful people I meet and work with. Because I share my life with many dogs, cats and horses (and my patient husband), it is natural for me to enjoy that area of real estate, acreages and farms.

A buyer has specific needs depending on the animals involved and a seller has concerns when strangers enter their property for viewing.
